Jerry Rouleau

Jerry Rouleau is the owner of a public relations and marketing firm, J. Rouleau & Associates, based
in Terryville, CT. Jerry has been involved in the housing industry for over 25 years and specializes
in working with builders, housing companies and building product suppliers.

Over 8,000 housing sales professionals have gone through his sales & marketing seminars &
workshops. In addition to training and consulting he also specializes in public relations. In the past
10 years, Jerry has created over 26 million dollars in free publicity for the system built housing
industry and won over 15 awards for their clients plus received 13 sales & marketing awards for the
most creative public relations campaign. He is also a past recipient of the S.A. Walters Chairman’s
Award.

Jerry is also the originator and creator of the Jan’s House of Hope tour. Jan’s House of Hope was a
fund raising project, which involved building a 3100 sq ft home on a barge. The fully furnished
home complete with 3 car garage, car in the driveway and fenced in landscaped yard toured seven
cities on the east coast. The tour generated over 15 million dollars of publicity for cancer
awareness in a two-month period. Jerry is the founder and President of the National Cancer
Awareness Foundation.

Jerry is a member of the following organizations: National Association of Home Builders, Building
Systems Council, National Sales and Marketing Council, International Log Builders Association,
Timber Frame Business Council, Timber Framers Guild,  Modular Building System Association,
Structural Insulated Panel Association, Construction Writers Association and the National Speakers
Association.

Scott has been involved in the business of marketing, designing, selling and building homes for
over 30 years.  He began framing houses shortly after school and went on to become an award-
winning builder/dealer outside his hometown of Louisville, KY.  Scott has directed sales and
marketing organizations within the housing industry, and has been active in the Building Systems
Council. He is a member of the NAHB Sales & Marketing Council, and has been a regular speaker
at the NAHB's International Builder Show.

A proficient sales trainer and marketing consultant, Scott brings his previous experience as a new
home dealer, sales manager, contractor and designer to J. Rouleau & Associates and to
BuilderRadio.com.  Many of the issues that will be addressed in our programs are ones that Scott
has faced first hand, making him well-suited for his role as moderator and program director.
